What is Toolmind?
Toolmind is an ecosystem for measuring pressure and temperature wirelessly (Bluetooth) in gas volumes. Toolmind can be used:
- In Tool Storage - Toolmind helps identify tools that require maintenance prior to production.
- During Tool Maintenance - Toolmind directs maintenance engineers to the source of the issue.
- In Running Production - Toolmind can warn operators or shut down a press when parameters are outside set intervals.
Toolmind Includes the Following Hardware Products:
- Three Variants of Sensors - Sends pressure and temperature data
- Repeater - extends the usable range of our products.
- Handheld Reader - Receives data and displays it on a portable screen.
- Base Station - Receives data and displays it on a screen mounted on a wall or the press side. Can be wired to the press for optional press stop feature
- Accessories - Control panels, chargers etc.
